Includes $35 food credit to any restaurant per person. Party will order their food and BonTauk team will pick it up and have your food ready when you arrive at the beach. The party will enjoy a one of a kind meal with our decorative table setting and unforgettable sunset view. Members of the BonTauk team will stay with your party throughout the event to ensure a flawless experience.

Polices
A deposit is required upon booking your bonfire rental, and the final invoice will be emailed prior to your event. The outstanding balance is due upon arrival at our stunning Hamptons beach service location.
*Please note that bonfires in NYC must be extinguished by midnight in accordance with East Hampton Town policy.
For larger gatherings:
*An additional $400 will be added to all bookings over 20 people.*
*An extra $800 applies to parties over 35 people.*
*For gatherings exceeding 50 people, an additional $1,200 will be added.*
*And for parties over 75 people, expect an extra $1,600.*
*For events exceeding 100 guests, please call for a custom quote.*
(The prices above account for increased manpower, beach cleanup and removal, as well as additional beach vehicles required.)
An extra $175 applies for out of area or at-home parties.*
*Please be aware of a 25% surcharge for holiday bookings.*
*Gratuity is not included—20% gratuity will be automatically added to bookings of 15 people or more.*
***BonTauk provides everything needed for guests to enjoy a unique night beach bonfire experience. Guests are responsible for lighting and maintaining their own fire using the rented equipment, but BonTauk can provide a fire attendant to light and manage the fire for an additional $150 fee. A bonfire attendant is automatically applied to parties of 15 people or more.**
Parties arriving more than 45 minutes late without contacting BonTauk personnel will be considered a no-show and will forfeit their event fees.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least one week (7 days) before your scheduled bonfire start time, or your deposit and booking fees will not be refunded. If you are more than 45 minutes late to your scheduled event without contacting BonTauk, your reservation will be considered a no-show, resulting in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit and booking fees. Any event cancelled due to rain will be eligible for rescheduling to a later date in the current or following season, with all funds applied to the new date.
